Reflexology
Reflexology had its origins in ancient Egypt around 2330BC, making its way to China and India in 2000BC. The process works as a system of communication between the therapist and the guest to release blockages, bringing about a return to harmony within the guest’s body. Your feet hands and ears are massaged in a holistic way on four levels of stimulation - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It works through a reflex action - stimulus and response - on areas of the feet that reflect parts of the body by using touch techniques to stimulate blood flow and energy to the body to release any blockages.
